    It depends on the products that are used, the size of the house and the pitch of the roof. Roof replacements start at $12,000 and go up.

  • How do I know if I need a new roof?

    Common roofing problems are 1) Water stains or leaks on the inside of the home 2) Missing Shingles 3) Any exposed roofing that looks our of place on your roof 4) Rotting plywood or pipe collar cracks

  • How often does a roof need to be replaced?

    It depends on the warranty of the roof that you have, but most roofs need replacing every 20-30 years.

  • Should I replace my roof before I list my home?

    Consumers may decide to come in at a lower offer because they'll have to put money into the roof. However, if you have your roof replaced before showing your home, you can assure buyers that they won't have to worry about repairing it. This will likely lead to more offers, higher offers, and a shorter sale period.

  • What is the best time to replace a roof?

    In Oregon anytime is a great time to replace your roof.  Because of the mild weather and winters, we can schedule most jobs without any installation challenges. We will monitor the weather and make sure we tear off and dry-in the roof on a dry day(s).


  • Can I replace my roof myself?

    It is generally not recommended for a homeowner to get on their roof, let alone try to repair or replace it. If you are not sure what you are doing, you can do severe damage to your roof and, more importantly, to yourself.
